Office hours: how we prep coaches in fifteen minutes

Coaches receive three links, two questions, and one constraint. Links are staging URLs or static exports only—no credentials in email.

Questions force the student to name the decision they need, not the topic they want to vent about. Constraint asks what must stay untouched after the session.

If pre-work is missing, we reschedule rather than guessing. That policy keeps sessions useful and respects coach calendars.

We archive anonymized recaps when students opt in, which slowly improves the question bank for future cohorts.
