Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Korean residents may contact us or competent authorities under the Personal Information Protection Act. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period, usually within thirty days, unless complexity requires more time in which case we will explain the delay. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable law permits.
Third parties
We use infrastructure and communications providers to host the site, send transactional email, and operate analytics when you opt in. Processors are bound by written agreements requiring appropriate security and limited use. We do not sell personal data. If we engage a new subprocessor for an existing service category, we will update this statement or provide notice as required by law.
Scope
This Data Protection statement applies to personal data collected through stigear.digital and related BuilderSpring Academy properties described here. It does not apply to third-party sites linked from our pages. Corporate customers who purchase seats for teams remain independent controllers for employee data they upload; we process such data as a processor only when a separate data processing agreement says so.
Retention
We keep account and billing records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Marketing preferences and analytics identifiers tied to optional cookies are retained according to your choices and cookie settings. Course progress logs may be retained to evidence completion unless you request deletion where compatible with our legitimate interests and legal duties. Backup systems may retain residual copies for a limited technical period.
Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, email address, organization, and phone number when you submit forms or enroll. Technical data includes IP address, device type, and basic logs for security. If you enable analytics cookies, we collect usage events as described in the Cookie Notice. Payment-related data is handled by payment partners where applicable; we do not store full card numbers on our servers in the static site configuration described to users.
