Proposal sections we cut from the default template
Dense risk appendices scared good-fit leads. We moved detailed risk coverage to an add-on appendix clients open only after the main path makes sense.
We also removed duplicate timelines. One visual timeline plus a dependency table outperformed two prose timelines every time in testing.
The third cut was motivational language about transformation. Specific module lists and review cadence outperformed aspirational blurbs in time-to-reply metrics during our autumn survey.
We kept pricing tables blunt and near the end. Readers who reach them already understand scope, which reduces sticker shock emails.
